Hi I want to hide the otrs text so it doesn't appear in the url for Customer web pages.
I've configured apache to rewrite the url as:
https://SERVER/servicedesk/customer.pl
but as soon as I login, the url reverts to:
https://SERVER/otrs/customer.pl?Action=CustomerTicketOverView;Subaction=MyTickets
I'm hoping there's something simple in sysconfig I can tweak.

you should change instances that relate to otrs-web in the httpd.conf settings and in Kernel/Config.pm
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

we have installed OTRS in our Wndows server 2003. I want to remove the /otrs/ from URL. I have removed the 'otrs/' from script alias also. But it is not working. Can anyone help us
