POP3 Auth failed

POP3 Auth failed

Hi all, I am trying to connect OTRS (3.0.6 on XP) with our Exchange server.
The system is sending messages out, but when I try to connect to PostMaster mail account and fetch mail from there, I'll get message saying: 'POP3S: Auth for user user@company.xy failed!'
I am pretty sure that I've got all credentials right and I am not being blocked by firewall or anything.
Any ideas where to look?

as the error message indicates your credentials for pop3 are wrong
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Thanks jojo, but the credentials are right.
In fact, I found out that the Exchange is using x.509 certificate for both IMAP and POP3 and that's probably where my problem lies.
Is there a way to make OTRS connect to Exchange with this certificate?
