Escalation DecayTime

Hi
I would like to shorten the time between repeated notifications for escalations.
I noticed from the manuals that there should be a Ticket - Core OTRSEscalationEvents::DecayTime parameter set to 1440 mins (=24 h) that should be the parameter I have to change.

I cannot find it from the SysConfig.

Where can I change this setting?

OTRS 6.0.x on CentOS 7.x with MariaDB 10.2.x database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.
ITSM and FAQ modules installed.
