Ticket Template

I've just installed the TicketTemplate (http://opar.perl-services.de/bin/index. ... etTemplate) but I can't manage to create new ticket tempalates. It looks like everything is OK because I get the Ticket Template form up, but after I click on submit the new template doesn't appear in the Template list.
Any suggestions of what to do?

I've uploaded a new version of TicketTemplate to OPAR: http://opar.perl-services.de/bin/index. ... etTemplate

There was a problem with the SQL statements with PostgreSQL and this is fixed now.

I just installed this with OTRS 3.0.7 and I don't see a place to create the template? I do see the menu option however when creating a new ticket, but there is no place to create the form.

OTRS v 3.0.7
DB: mysql

Same here, using 3.0.7 and i'm not seeing any "Create Ticket Template" on my menu.
Only the "Ticket Template List"
Please help..

That module can create templates based on *existing* tickets. If you go to ticket zoom, you should see a template button in the menu... That's the way how you create a template with that module.
