Hi,
I'm receiving every day a notification ("Ticket reminder has reached!") for a ticket which was deleted.
How can I stop this notification?
I'm using OTRS 3.0.6.

how the ticket was deleted, via generic agent ?
if yes, do you have a test system?

Yes, the ticker was deleted via GenericAgent.

so check if the test system has this ticket inside...
