Windows Install

When installing using the windows installer I try to login and get the following error:

[Fri Oct 15 08:40:27 2010] Lite.pm: mismatched tag 'HEAD'\n

Any ideas?

I'm having the exact same issue. Just installed OTRS 3.0.7 for Windows (OS is WinXP SP3) and when I log in it gives me the mismatched tag 'HEAD' error.

i have the same problem with the otrs-3.0.9-win-installer-2.4.4.exe :(


EDIT: i have this problem on windows server 2003 on XP all works fine!

Is it only that error in the log?
Can you check apache and otrs logs for anything else?
OTRS: 3.0.9 & ITSM 3.0.4 - OS: Windows 7 - DB: MySQL - Heaps of random/useful hacks :)

I recreated the DB, updated and checked all the perl-modules, increased packet size in my.cnf ... WHAT ELSE?

Yea i have a similar problem on my linux aswell using otrs-3.0.10. Tried re-installing but still nothing.
