I have noticed that every email that is sent in is then reported on in the loop protection log. How is loop protection supposed to work?
I have tried multiple scenarios in creating tickets from emails - it seems to work perfectly, but for some reason an entry is added to the loop protections logs for every email sent into OTRS - why would this happen?
How do I go about figuring out the cause of the problem?
