I am having problems with allows users from multiple domains to sign in and create tickets. I have included my Config.pm file.

you may wish to change your passwords after posting them like this.
More info on your problem would be helpful, but my first take on it...
Did I miss CustomerAuth somewhere? Because if it's not there, you've simply made a list of customers, but no authentication method. Check the wiki.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
