Generic Agent - Match tickets with NO service??

Hi there,

I have been using the Generic Agent tool which I found to be very powerful and useful - my only problem I have come across is when trying to execute a task, specifically on tickets that do not have any service selected.

My understanding of how it currently works is that if you do not select any of the services in the generic agent filters, than it will ignore that part of the filter. So how would I specifically filter tickets without any service assigned?
