Hi all,
Is there a way I can change the creation date of a phone ticket. Often I'm doing support on a customer site and have no access to our otrs. The day after I would like to create the ticket for the previous day.
I'm using version 2.4.5

That would generally violate the integrity of the purpose of OTRS. You could probably manipulate the database directly (not suggested), but if you can't send an email to your system to create the ticket, from your phone or webmail from a client (heck, I even have a Google Voice number that creates tickets if I can't send an email).
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
