Auto assign Company CustomerID to new customer's CustomerID

Hi,
I had set up several CustomerCompanys with different CustomerID field.
Now, when a new customer user registered, is it possible to assigen it's CustomerID to one of Company's CustomerID automatically according to email's domin name. Also if it is possible to auto assigen the customer's group by the same way.
