I am running OTRS 1.32 version, with oracle 9i database backend.
The ticket search functionality is not working. When I fill the form and click on the search button it returns nil results even if there are a lot of tickets that match the condition I am searching for.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Evaluation/pilot: OTRS 2.4.7 on Linux (CentOS 5.4) with MySQL database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.

Thanks for the reply. I saw that thread, but in this case it does not show any results no matter what the condition is.
Its weird because it used to work before, and then all of a sudden it stopped working, i wonder why?
