Upgrade Apache on Windows server install

We have an issue where we need to install a newer version of Apache on the Windows 2008 server we are using where OTRS is installed. As a test, I installed the most recent version 2.2.15 into the same folder under OTRS hoping it would just add files and not overwrite whatever OTRS was using for the web config's. How can I fix this issue while still upgrading Apache to the most recent version?

Try to save these settings before upgrading.
