hi?
Agents (unless admin only) cannot be able to select the customer users from the db when creating phone tickets. In my case since i expect many calls even direct to my Agents then they should be able to select the customer from the database so as to create tickets for them. on clicking on to that button i get a "Message: No Permission to use this frontend module!" message." how do i allow them to use this?
any help greatly appreciated.

just start to type the name in the from field of the phone ticket mask

thanks jojo. there is no way they can be able to use the customer link where they can search in the database.

You have to assign the group "users" to the agents to do so. But this frontend is designed for mantaining customer data
