Hello
I can create Services and SLA's regarding ITSM modules.
However, when i go for a created ticket or create a new one (Email or telephone) fields Service and SLA are "blank" - it only shows the "-" character.
I've looked through the documentation and i'm unable to see if or where to associate those services and SLA's to a certain queue, user or another item.
Can you please help?

Hi,
This association have to be create thru "[ Customer Users <-> Services ]" option on admin module.
When you associate to a customer user it will appears in ticket creation screen.
