Hello,
On http://source.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/ITSMC ... m?view=log it says that freetext in workorders and changes is now supported but after installing it, I don't see how. Could anyone please explain to me how to insert freetexts to workorders and changes?

Viewing the diff, it appears that for that piece, you only get schema (database table definition) updates, but no code to support it, yet.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

As posted on the mailinglist before (just for sake of the forum archives), you checked the file from the upcoming 2.1 release of Change Management. 2.0.3 does not have this feature.
