Hi,

I am new to this forum but I have been using OTRS for some time. As an user of other forums I promise that I have searcehd everywhere before posting my question, but have not found any similar problem.

The matter is that, after upgrading From OTRS to ITSM 1.3.2, anytime I answer a ticket (no matter what the defined answer is used) the received message is not fully added to the answer. It is cutted just after the sender's name.

This information may be helpful to understand the problem.
Ticket::Frontend::ResponseFormat:
Format of responses ($QData{"OrigFrom"} is From 1:1, $QData{"OrigFromName"} is only realname of From).

$QData{"Salutation"}
$QData{"StdResponse"}
$QData{"Signature"}

Even if "Source" is not pushed, the sent answer is cutted in the same way than if you had pushed it.

Has anybody experienced a similar problem and can help me?

Hello

We have exactly the same issue with 2.4.7.

Any idea?

I finally deactivate the Rich Text Mode and returned to plain text. So, I didn't find a solution but soved my problem. :(
