I am new to this forum but I have been using OTRS for some time. As an user of other forums I promise that I have searcehd everywhere before posting my question, but have not found any similar problem.
The matter is that, after upgrading From OTRS to ITSM 1.3.2, anytime I answer a ticket (no matter what the defined answer is used) the received message is not fully added to the answer. It is cutted just after the sender's name.
This information may be helpful to understand the problem.
This is the text as seen in the editing "text box" when answering:Ticket::Frontend::ResponseFormat:
Format of responses ($QData{"OrigFrom"} is From 1:1, $QData{"OrigFromName"} is only realname of From).
