Hi,
I have a new isntalation on CentOS5.4. It runs for about half a year and it is getting slower by the day.
CPU is not really busy. mysql database si still small. I can see no errors whatsoever. But it takes about 30 seconds just to log on ....
Where should I look ?
Kind regards,
David Hammink

Hi David,
Did you check the Support Assessment modules? It could well be that you actually aren't running under mod_perl -> see this bug report:
http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4977
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
===================
mod_perl is not used in fedora with RPM from OTRS.org
STEP-BY-STEP DESCRIPTION TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM
=================================================
1) install OTRS via RPM
2) Enter someting the browser URL like "Action=NonExisitingModule"
3) You will see the backtrace without the mod_perl option
ACTUAL RESULTS
==============
/etc/httpd/conf.d/otrs.conf get's loaded, but mod_perl
(/etc/httpd/conf.d/perl.conf) gets loaded later.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
======================
Rename /etc/httpd/conf.d/otrs.conf to /etc/httpd/conf.d/zzz_otrs.conf
