Hello,
It seems that my queueview shows only UNLOCK tickets.
Is there a way to displau all tickets in authorized queue(s), including locked tickets ?

You would usually use the Status View for this instead. Activate it via the SysConfig.

For the statusview doesn't cover the whole topic I filed a bug report a while ago. Maybe if more people are interested, we can get back the original (2.3.x) "All" button - or better of another one which only shows the locked.

There's an option to show locked tickets in the SysConfig.

wait a second ... dashboard My Queues does this already, right? I didn't think it showed unlocked only... but there is a locked menu choice as well.
