Tracking Working Time for Ticket Actions

Post by cuthbertdavies »

Hello,

We're looking to track the duration of each action on tickets by recording the working time. Currently, we achieve this through accounted time.

Our goal is to capture both the start and end times for each note to calculate the total working time. Additionally, we need to save the start and end times of each processing step for reference.

If anyone has a solution for this, we'd greatly appreciate your help.

Thank you.

Hi,

There is no start or end time for a note—only the timestamp when the note is saved/stored by default.
What you probably want is only available with a Znuny support subscription: a time counter that stores the read and write time of the agent's work.
