we have been working with OTRSMasterSlave 6.0.14 module for quite some time to add new tickets as slave to an existing master. For some time now, we have noticed that older, still open master tickets are no longer offered during the assignment in the selection.
Question: Is there a limit (date, amount, etc.) for the selection of master tickets? Is it possible to change this?
We can't close the "older" master tickets yet, because the task in the ticket is not yet done, but we keep getting new tickets that we have to assign because of this.
