Znuny 6.5.4 - New Process Ticket menu option missing

Hello all,

I did a clean install of Znuny 6.5.4. After this I created a process ticket that only visible in the customer interface.

However, in the menu in the agent interface, as well as the customer interface, the option "New Process Ticket" is not shown under "Tickets" in the menu bar.

How can I get this visible?

Hi,

if you created a dialogue for customers only, the agent can not access it.
Nevertheless you should see it in customer frontend.
did you deploy the process?
Can you show your process?

Can't believe it was that simple haha. I forgot to deploy the process. Working correctly now.

I did check the documentation: https://doc.znuny.org/znuny/admin/proce ... index.html
But couldn't find any solution in there. Maybe we can add this to the documentation?
