Hello,
Currently, our new agents are automatically getting created/added in DB on just login into application, without creating their profile from admin.
Is there any way to prevent auto user (agent) adding in DB from LDAP authentication directly?

Two possibilities:
1.) Remove the AuthSync configuration
2.) Restrict the users that are allowed to be synced
