Hi
I have a specific calendar with permissions assigned to a group.
Agents are assign to a Role >> Group >> Calendar
The agents when adding an appointment to the calendar do not see the option to generate a ticket from the appointment.
I have other calendars / groups / agents who can create tickets from appointments but the only difference I can see is that they are not assigned roles and are assigned to groups directly.
Any thoughts on why they do not see the option?
