sorry I am a newbie...
can someone tell me how I can automatically move every ticket incoming in let s say Queue1 into a Queu2 ?
by default all the mails sent by users are placed in Queue1
but I have a Queue2 where they get moved manually after having been seen manually by an agent.
i want now to avoid this first step and directly direct the tickets from queue1 to queue 2....
tx a lot in advance...

You can configure the ticket creation via email, directly on your PostMaster Mail Account menu.
