TAG Email Notification

I need to write the name and surname of the agent who opened a ticket/workflow into the email notificazion.

I can't find the correct TAG

<OTRS_AGENT_*>???

<OTRS_AGENT_CREATEBY>???

<OTRS_AGENT_CREATE_BY_VALUE> ???

Any other TAG?

Hi,

You can try <OTRS_OWNER_UserFirstname> <OTRS_OWNER_UserLastname>. If the person who opened the ticket is not the owner, you will have to take other measures to capture that data to a dynamic field.

Many thanks for your replay. Yes the persons who opened the ticket are not the owner and I am not able to write the right syntax in order to take the correct info.
