Hi there,
I've recently install faq addons for only internal agents purposes. After that, i start to create articles in that, but, for somehow, the "might be useful" widget dont appear me at all.
Im looking for this result:
or this
Besides that, is any way to prevent "new", "delete" and "edit" option for some agents?
Best regards,
William C.

Hi,
the "might be useful" widget option was not included in the Community Edition. There a module missing, we have this on our list at Znuny to add this in the future.

No, there's no configuration to hide these actions. But you could use ro instead of rw permission on the category to prevent that they perform these actions.

Do you mean, create two diferent roles/groups, one with ro and another with rw, and after that associate to diferente faq categories?

Yes, this won't hide the links but "secures" them.
