Process Management with CMDB

Post by gslongo »

Hi everyone,

First of all best wishes for 2021 :-)

I have a question about possibilities of OTRS Community Edition and CMDB. In process templates, do is it possible to play with config items in Activities dialogs and transition states ? I did not found any doc/examples about it. The goal would be to create a process to simple RMA requests

Thank you in advance

Hi,

I only knew commercial add-ons with transition actions that modify CIs . Which attributes do you like to change within your RMA process?

👍 You're right. For linking with CIs in a process a good choice.
