Integrating two OTRS via WebService

I have two OTRS 6.0.x.

OTRS1 and OTRS2,

I would like to open a ticket in OTRS1 and it would also be opened in OTRS2, each update in the ticket in OTRS2 I would receive a warning in OTRS1.

This could be done via WebService, as OTRS can do with other systems, but I didn't find anything about two OTRS.

It would be a WebService: OTRS connector with OTRS.

Does anyone have any idea?

you would need an invoker module in the system to send data.

You can get a commercial module (and cosnsulting) for this or you need to develop your own module
