Hi, I have a problema with my OTRS.
Today afternoon it present these errors (attachment), but the login to outlook mail is correct.
I have restarted the otrs service but without resolving.
Do you have any suggestions?

This is my settings... if I try to connect to outlook365 the credentials work.
This morning it was working and suddenly stopped receiving tickets.

Hey,
Try these adjustments.
For retrieving: Put Type to IMAPTLS.
For sending: Put SendmailModule to Kernel::System::Email::SMTPTLS.

I tried, but now the error is:

I strugled the last days with this. You have a Email Address/System Addres equal to the email configured on that settings?
Try with:
Protocol: SMTPTLS
Port: 587
Sendmail AuthUser should be created (Dont need to be in use) on Email Address

Based on https://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14357, updating IO::Socket::SSL and Net::SMTP should resolved the issue..
