502 proxy error

Hello All

we have been using OTRS for a number of years now and on the whole, without any issues however in the past 2 months or so, whenever we try to run any "large" such as a big query, stat or search for a large ticket, we get an 502 proxy error at exactly 60 seconds every time

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /otrs/index.pl.

Reason: Error reading from remote server


Is there any settings that control this or is this something people have seen before? we are admittedly on an old version of OTRS (4) but it has worked fine for years...

general OTRS performance looks to be fine

I doubt that you are still on OTRS 3.1.

Check the settings of your proxy as the timeout is configured there
