How do I enable customer.pl?

Hey,

how do I enable customer.pl? When accessing DNS\otrs\customer.pl I get "500 Internal Server Error" - Agent Frontend working without any problems.

which version?
the correct link is <DNS>/otrs/customer.pl

Flo
OTRS 8 SILVER (Prod)
OTRS 8 auf Debian 11 (Test)
Znuny 7.x latest version testing auf Debian 11

Hey,

I am using the latest Version - 6.0.29 on premise. <DNS>/otrs/customer.pl isnt working aswell, same Error.

check the OTRS log and apache log
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
