OTRS version 6.0.5
Now works. But If to change parameter in configuration or to update OTRS, then there will be a problem with the login:
"Session has timed out. Please log in again".
Please help me. What should logs i look?

Make sure the ScriptAlias is same between system configuration and httpd conf..
