I've working with OTRS 6.20 and have the following Problem. For some tests I activated CustomerGroupSupport. If I want to disable the CustomerGroupSupport again, in the "Customer.pl" the Customer still can't see their Tickets like before. It seems that the CustomerGroupSupport is still running, although it is disabled in the syconf. Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

Try to delete the cache via otrs.Console.pl
