OTRS 5.0.22 UNABLE TO SEND EMAIL

Hi All,

already installed OTRS but when sending email, it cannot proceed. Below is my config.

SendmailModule – SMTPS
SendmailModule::Host – 10.10.10.7 (email server)
SendmailModule::Port – 465
SendmailModule::AuthUser – (system admininstator)
SendmailModule::AuthPassword – system administrators password

a) do not use old, outdated and unsecure software (latest patch of 5 is 5.0.42 ut 5 is out of security and bug fix support)
b) check the logs of the OTRS system and the mail server

please also check the log of the mail server

I've already checked the logs. No logs that my OTRS server communicate with my email server.
