Error When Generating Statistics

Hi, I'm breaking this into it's own post. I recently figured out how to access my Stats tab in OTRS thanks to some users here. I'm a newbie, forgive me.
Now, the issue is when I try to run any of the pre-made stats in OTRS, I get this error

"Backend ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.26.1 OS: linux Time: Wed Jul 1 15:26:21 2020

Message: Could not load stat.

I'd like to preface this by saying I am new when it comes to actually configuring OTRS and linux in general...

I didn't have the stats configured properly. I was using the pre-set ones and didn't notice they weren't configured to actually query for anything

Hi,

Go to your server with this URL: FQDN/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentStatistics;Subaction=Overview
Replace FQDN with your hostname. Permission denied tells you that you are not a member of the group stats (default name).
