But, we have OTRS 3.1 and everything worked fine until the weekend, a user cleared the browser cache, then logged into otrs, but when he clicks on a ticket to insert a note or other function, the pop-up opens up the ticket but with the error below, right when clicking on the submit button nothing happens, the button has no function.
This only happens if you clear your browser's cache or private browsing. who has not cleared cache in the past weeks everything is normal.
I have chrome all ok and firefox with the problem (I cleared the cache on purpose to see the problem happen)
and I will confess I don't know where to start ... I've seen a lot of things on sites searching for google but nothing effective or that worked.
