OTRS 6.0.27 install error

Hi,
I managed to install OTRS 6.0.20 based on this link. https://www.techsupportpk.com/2019/07/h ... an-10.html
I tried to install OTRS 6.0.27 based on the above link, but http://your_server_ip/otrs/installer.pl doesn't work.
I can see the following in apache2 error log:
Attempt to reload Kernel/System/ObjectManager.pm aborted.\nCompilation failed in require at /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/installer.pl line 32.\nBEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/installer.pl line 32.\n

Can somebody help me?

Hello Adam,

You're probably missing some Perl modules (the manual is out of date).
Execute this command to see what's missing:

Code: Select all

 /opt/otrs/v1/bin/otrs.CheckModules.pl -all

That won't help him.
OTRS 6.0.27 has dependencies that can't be found by following the official documentation.
You need to use the --all parameter to find it out.

Generally you should use official documentation first. Also the additional needed modules are stated in the CHANGE.md

There are 100 new lines of changes since January 2020.
I don't think a lot of people will go through all of them — especially not new installations.
