Ticket Attachments does not appear to attendants

Hi,

I'm experiencing trouble in OTRS Community Edition (6.0.0.rc1), our clients open tickets and add attachments, but, when attendants open it the attachments do not appear.

Thanks for your help.

upgrade to the latest patchlevel
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
