I'm using an old (not yet) upgradeable version of OTRS 3.2.8 and I'm having trouble to geta proper auto-reply message from OTRS.
This is my setup:
Postmaster Filter: From: @host.tld, Stop aftger match: Yes, headers: X-OTRS-Ignore: no, X-OTRS-Queue: main::subqueue
System Address: is assigned to another queue, but should work, right?
Auto response: test, valid and using the the system address from above
Auto Responses <-> Queues: assigned the auto response to queue main::subqueue
Why isn't an auto reply being fired? It doesnt show in the agent view of the ticket.

Hi Roy, thanks for your input. You were right, there is an "Presedence: bulk" header in the customer email.
