No field "to" when change owner.

No field "to" when change owner.

It is posible to enable the field "to" the article when changing the owner? There is only field from and subject.

Use Reply/Forward to send an email. A note does not have a recipient.

In OTRS 3 there was such information from whom the notification was forwarded to whom. I don't see it in OTRS 6 anymore.
