hello
I'm using version 6, community edition.
we have configured OTRS to access on O365 mailboxes without problem.
at end of feb 2020, Microsoft ask to all CSP partners to apply new security base line policy, that needs Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access to all users. At same time protocols as IMAP, POP3, SMTP will be blocked.

Sure, these are Postmaster settings for pulling an e-mail from somewhere. Using SMTP means someone is sending it to your server. Search for .procmail in the forum.
