ITSM Dynamic Fields problem

Hello,

I need help with ITSM Module and dynamic fields.
I created database of company hardware.

Example structure
Hardware: Computer
Processor: Intel Core i9
HDD: 2 TB
RAM: 32 GB
Purchase date:
warranty end date:

Hardware parts are buyed from different suppliers.

I would like to generate a ticket note from the template:
Computer
HDD Name and Capacity
Purchase date of HDD
HDD warranty end date

How i can do this?
