New communication channel

Hi,

I've been searching the manual and the forum, but I can't seem to find the information I need.
I've just implemented OTRS and we need to had 2 more communication channels for incoming cases.
I found this information in the manual, and I would like to know if both of these channels can be used and how can I add them to my current deployment.

Adding new channels also needs new functionality to be added. I suggest to use a dynamic field to store the used channel
