Customer Ticket not return queues?

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with the Customer Ticket form. Yesterday worked fine, but trying to enable the customer group option, seems that modified some inside parameters in customers and now they cannot to send tickets because when they try to load a services combobox option, appears a idle circle at side.

That problem happen in some users only.

After to investigate on settings and form (with developer mode in browser) i see that when i choose a combo options, in the problematic customer not return queues in JSON string at difference that the customer that not have problems.

In OTRS setting i enabled an option to select queues (Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###Queue) and for the customer with problem and effectly not load nothing.

How can i to solve that problem, basicaly cannot to send a new ticket because the form not return the queues (necessary as parameters).
