Greetings,
I am having a problem seeing tickets in a certain state:
I have 2 states with the type closed called Fechado and Fechado Automaticamente.
I can see tickets that are on the state named Fechado, but when I try to open tickets with the state name Fechado Automaticamente i get this message:
" We are sorry, you do not have permissions anymore to access this ticket in its current state."
I tried to search for some solutions, but I could not get one.

There could be two reasons possible:

- You don't have permission to the queue where the ticket is.
- The ticket does not exist anymore.
