Hello,

I created a process ticket for customers, it works so far.

So I want, that if the customer loggs in and click on "-> tickets -> process tickets " that automatically loads the formular for the process.
Now you have one field named *process* and you have to choose your process.
But I don't want that they have to choose.

I want, that if they click on "-> tickets -> process tickets" that the formular for the process loads automatically.

How can I set up that?
