Can you deactivate the notification that the mail created was read?

By default there is no mail is read notification. Maybe you talk about the auto response that a ticket was created?

What we want to deactivate is the reading notification.

If you talk about the stars which indicate if an article was read by an agent: AFAIK this is not possible.

When a new ticket is created, the customer receives an email for the creation of the ticket and an email indicating that the original email sent by the customer which generated the ticket was read.
This type of notification I mean.

Hi,
This is not a reading notification, this is an auto response. Go to the admin area "queue <-> auto response" select the queue where you want to disable the auto response and deselect them. Or just set all auto responses to invalid.
