Spam Filter doesn't work

Hi Everyone,
I configured Postmaster Filter To apply Filter of Email Spam and i give it like Header :

From ==> noreply@
Subject ===> ^\[spam\].*$
X-Spam-flag ==> yes
X-Spam-score ==> 2.6
X-Spam-status ==> yes

and on Set Email header :

X-otrs-ignore ==> yes
x-otrs-Queue ==> junk

But it didn't worked what i have to do ?!!
Please Any idea
what is the problem ?!!

please show the headers of the mail you want to filter
