Hello, does anyone know of any "addons" that generate better reports of the "stats" tool?

Hi,
Use a reporting tool for reports. OTRS is a ticket system and is able to create statistics of as defined use case. Everything else should be part of a dedicated reporting engine.
What kind of report you're looking for?

I am also looking for a good opensource reporting engine that can be connected to OTRS database and generate more user friendly reports. For example incident trends related to CMDB items and services etc. Can you please mention any ?

Hi,
There are BIRT, Pentaho, JasperReport and many more. Shouldn't be to hard to search for them. Just make sure they support the database you uuse in your OTRS setup.
